Challenge
The North Carolina Partnership for Children (NCPC) supports a network of 75 local community partners and leads coordinated implementation of North Carolina’s early childhood vision. The organization needed to expand its reach and connect more children to available programs without relying on increased annual funding. The core challenge was improving network efficiency and partner capacity at scale.
Solution
We designed and implemented a new software system and user interface for the partner network. The platform streamlined workflows, improved visibility into programs, and equipped local partnerships with better tools to manage and deliver services. As a result, each partner could operate more efficiently and connect more children across North Carolina to critical early childhood resources.
