The South Carolina Medical Association (SCMA) represents physicians across the state, serving as a central voice for advocacy, professional development, and member engagement. As healthcare policy evolves and the demands on physicians increase, SCMA needed a digital platform that could better support its members and strengthen its role as a unified voice for the medical community.
We partnered with SCMA to create a modern digital experience designed around three core priorities: strengthening member services, expanding continuing education access, and amplifying physician advocacy.
Stronger member engagement
Enhanced portal functionality allows physicians to easily access resources, manage memberships, and stay connected to the organization. Integrating the member portal into SCMA’s proprietary member management system has assisted with creating organizational efficiencies for internal staff.
Expanded access to professional education
Continuing education opportunities are now centralized and easier to navigate, supporting physicians in maintaining certifications and advancing their practice.
Elevated statewide advocacy
Clearer communication around the annual conference and advocacy initiatives reinforce SCMA’s role as the unified voice representing physicians across South Carolina.
